The Bridal Hair & Makeup Experience

At The Trial

At your bridal trial, we’ll chat through your ideal bridal look together. I always want to get to know you and have a good understanding of your hair and makeup vision, so I can tailor this to what will make you feel your best.

It’s also the perfect chance to swatch colours, test product performance and textures. We also get to talk about all things weddings, which is one of my favourite parts of the trial! I usually recommend gathering together photos of all the different looks and styles you love to help tailor your perfect bridal look.

Trials take anywhere between 2-3.5 hours depending on what you want to try as picking your 'look' is very personal to you, every bride is different! I recommend having a trial 6-12 weeks before your big day so it's still fresh in your mind but there's enough time if you do change your mind on something.

On The Day

Before you know it, the special day is here! We'll arrange a schedule for yourself and your bridal party so you know exactly how the morning will run so you are ready to walk down that aisle looking your best. The schedule always allows some buffer time so you can relax, capture those precious memories, and maybe a glass of bubbles or two!

I also like to give my brides a relaxing skincare preparation so the skin is glowing for a smooth makeup application. I also pop a soothing eye mask on to get you feeling super relaxed and refreshed ready for the makeup application.

I like to stay until everyone is dressed so I can do some final touch-ups and support in any way I can - over the years I have got quite good at fastening buttons and fluffing dresses!
